Our predominant goal is to create fewer preparation steps and deliver great, nutritional flavourful cuisine right to your palate.
Organic Food
One 11 Farm’s food tastes better because it is picked at the peak of ripeness. We ensure that all the food we harvest contains all the nutrients possible. When produce has to be shipped, it must be picked before ripening in order to account for distribution and that negatively affects flavour and nutrition. When you dine at One 11 Farm, we only serve fresh produce, that you can help pick, only hours before it is served.
Our goal is to create less steps in getting good food to your table. We feel it is important that our guests build a relationship with the producers of their food so they can ensure they are not eating any additives, preservatives or added hormones. For the health-conscious eater, these are very important conditions.
