Reservations and Deposits

• Reservation Requirement: All visits require a reservation to attend. Walk-ins are not accepted to maintain an exclusive and intimate atmosphere for our guests.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your experience.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for deposits and final payments.

Cancellations and Rebooking

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 5 days before your scheduled date. You may choose to rebook for an available future date or receive a refund minus any processing fees.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the reservation date, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.

Dietary Requests and Allergies

• Accommodations: We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with prior notice. Please include any specific requirements when booking or email us at info@one11farm.com at least 48 hours before your reservation.

Farm Tour and Experience

• Arrival Time: Your reservation includes a scheduled farm tour. Arriving on time ensures a full experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the tour or experience.
• Private Events: For private events or large group bookings, special arrangements may apply. Please contact us directly for tailored options.

Service Charges and Gratuity

• Service Charge: Gratuity and service charges are not automatically included. Tipping is discretionary, based on your experience.

Weather Policy

• Severe Weather: In the event of extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel reservations for safety reasons. Guests will be notified in advance with rescheduling or refund options if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

One 11 Farm is dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable environment. However, by booking with us, you accept that One 11 Farm is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damages incurred on the premises.
